Are you highly organised, with a knack for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? As our Office Administrator, you’ll be right at the heart of our small but mighty team, making sure our operations run efficiently and supporting colleagues in delivering our important work with schools.

This is a varied role, giving you the opportunity to get involved in everything from day-to-day administration and diary management, to supporting our communications.


What will I be doing?

  • Producing paperwork for our trainers

  • Managing registers and inputing details into our certification system

  • Printing and posting certificates to successful delegates

  • Supporting with training booking enquiries

  • Handling incoming queries and providing excellent administrative support across the team

  • Ensuring smooth office processes – spotting opportunities to improve efficiency

  • Supporting with general administrative support.

  • Upholding confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Need to know!

This role has become available due to an internal promotion. You’ll be working closely with our advisers, comms, and admin colleagues to help us continue supporting schools with safe, high-quality educational visits long into the future.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven office administration experience in a commercial or membership-based setting

  • Confidence with computer systems

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail – if something isn’t quite right, you’ll spot it and suggest solutions

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Experience of using Mac computers desirable but not essential

Hours Of Work (Negotiable):

Full-time (Monday-Friday)

We will also consider part-time school hours 09:00-14:30 (Monday-Friday).

Contract Type:

Term time only.

Start date immediate.

Salary:

£23,809 pro rata
