This course is designed to give EVOLVE users the knowledge and skills to navigate and manage educational visits through the system.
We’ll show you how to add and track visits through EVOLVE, how to manage your users and go into more depth for Heads and EVCs on how to scrutinise and approve visits in the system.

We have experience in training Maintained schools, Academies and Independent Schools throughout the UK, Europe and Internationally.

Group training is suitable for new and existing Visit Leaders, EVCs and Heads.
Visit Leaders who are planning and running trips.
EVCs or System administrators who are responsible for approving, supporting with and managing the EVOLVE system.

This 60 minute training is delivered via Zoom/Teams. It is particularly useful for new users, but anyone is welcome. We’ll cover how to add and track visits in the system, learn your way around the site and how to manage users. We’ll also show EVCs and Heads how to scrutinise visit forms as part of your approvals process.
There will be time for questions.
