You’ll work independently across our sites, using your reliability and attention to detail to maintain high standards and create a positive environment for everyone.

This is a permanent, part-time role working 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Shift options:

  • 06:00 – 08:00 or

  • 17:00 – 19:00

Location: Long Buckby, NN6 (across 3 buildings on a rotating basis)

Salary: £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage)

We’re looking for a Part-Time Cleaner to join our team at EVOLVE Advice.

EVOLVE Advice supports schools and organisations globally, and maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across our sites is an essential part of what we do.

As our Cleaner, you will play a key role in ensuring our buildings remain clean, hygienic, and ready for daily use.

Need to know

Your responsibilities

Cleaning Duties

  • Carry out general cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting

  • Clean and sanitise kitchens, washrooms, and communal areas

  • Empty bins and manage waste disposal

  • Replenish cleaning supplies where needed

  • Water the plants

  • Ensure all areas are kept clean, safe, and hygienic

Site Support

  • Work across three local buildings on a rotating schedule

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all sites

  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times

  • Report any issues or maintenance concerns

We are looking for someone who ….

  • Is reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

  • Can work independently and manage their time effectively

  • Takes pride in their work and attention to detail

  • Is flexible and happy to work across multiple sites

    (Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential.)
