About Emma Wiid
Emma is Director of Learning and Development at EVOLVE Advice. You may have seen her running our EVC Training, or speaking at conferences and events on learning beyond the classroom.
Emma spent a number of years working and training in the Outdoor Industry before moving into Secondary Science Teaching where she established Outdoor Learning as a key priority in the science curriculum, running over 30 trips for all ages of students.
Emma has a deep understanding of the challenges face within schools, particularly those working with the most disadvantaged pupils. Emma always had a passion for supporting leadership teams, developing others and providing outstanding support to teachers.
