Scrutinising visit forms for approval – 17 July 2025. 9.30am.

In this online meeting we’ll pick out the main points you need to review - and what to look for - when approving visits in EVOLVE. The aim is to speed up the process for everyone so that your visits are approved and ready to go with minimal back and forth. We’ll highlight commonly overlooked areas that can lead to unnecessary delays and clarifications, and give you tips on how to get your visits approved as quickly as possible.

As these sessions will include open discussion, they won’t be available as recordings.
