At EVOLVE Advice, we know that being a ‘Great Place to Work’ is about much more than doing a great job for our schools — it’s about the people who go the extra mile, lift others up, and make our workplace better every day.
High-Five Heroes is our way of celebrating those colleagues. Whether it’s someone who has taken the lead on a big project, quietly supported a teammate, offered a listening ear, or spread a little kindness when it was needed most — this is your chance to say thank you.
Who can be a High-Five Hero?
Anyone who has made a difference — big or small. It could be someone you work closely with every day, or even someone you’ve only worked with a little. If they’ve helped, supported or inspired you, they deserve a high five.
Why it matters
Recognition boosts morale, builds connection, and reminds us that what we do — and how we do it — truly counts. Let’s celebrate the everyday heroes among us.
How it works
Each month, exceptional team member(s) will be selected as our High Five Hero and awarded a gift voucher as a token of our appreciation. Nominations are made anonymously and can come from colleagues or clients. So, if someone’s made a difference – let us know. They could be our next hero!
