First Aid Booking - Terms and Conditions
The course duration is fixed by the awarding body and must be attended in full.
Lateness disrupts everyone’s learning. Trainees arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be able to participate and may be charged the full course cost.
We are able to vary the course start and finish times if required. Please inform us in advance if you wish to adjust timings so this can be arranged.
Payment is required on the date of the course. Late payments may incur interest charges in line with current government guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
EVOLVE Advice aims to deliver 100% of confirmed courses. However, circumstances outside of our control may occasionally result in cancellations.
Courses cancelled with 1 month or more notice before the start date:
If EVOLVE Advice cancels a course, we will arrange a new convenient date for delivery.
If the Client cancels a course, no charge will be made provided a new date is booked.
Courses cancelled with less than 1 month but more than 2 weeks’ notice:
If EVOLVE Advice cancels a course, we will arrange a new convenient date and reduce the course fee by 20%.
If the Client cancels a course, 20% of the course fee will be chargeable.
Courses cancelled with less than 2 weeks’ notice:
If EVOLVE Advice cancels a course, we will arrange a new convenient date and deliver the course free of charge.
If the Client cancels a course, 100% of the course fee will be chargeable.
