Have your say on Equity and Access in Outdoor Learning - Complete the Survey

The All Party Parliamentary Group for Outdoor Learning (APPG-OL) is inviting education professionals to take part in a short 10-minute survey exploring equity and access to Outdoor Learning across England.  

The survey is designed to help understand who is - and who isn’t - benefiting from Outdoor Learning, what the barriers preventing access to the benefits are and how they can be overcome.

The results will be used to create a report for MPs and Peers, and will be shared with the Department for Education to help inform policy on access to outdoor learning.

“Outdoor learning is vital to the educational, emotional and physical wellbeing of our young people.  We know that too many young people don't get to access those opportunities and I am determined that we fully understand why, so that we can persuade the government to tackle those barriers and ensure that every young person can benefit from the positive impact of outdoor learning experiences.”

 Your views and experience matter, please complete the survey and submit your response by Friday 25 September. The full report will be published on 19 October 2026.
