EVOLVE Advice is celebrating being named on the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ list 2026.
This award is our seventh from Great Place To Work over the past 12 months and we’re proudly Great Place to Work® certified. This award recognises our commitment to create a consistently and overwhelmingly positive employee experience.
Recognition based on honest feedback
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women List, Great Place To Work® analysed the anonymous responses of women in the workplace and considered their daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they’re consistently experienced, as well. They then used these data insights to benchmark our company's employee value proposition against the culture our employees actually experience. Only the businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
We have continued to invest in learning and development, providing access to e-learning, webinars, conferences, and internal and external training opportunities, alongside CPD sessions to encourage collaboration and continuous learning across the team.
We introduced a new role Director of Learning, Development and Standards to focus on learning and team development. This dedicated role provides employees with access to one-to-one coaching and personalised professional development support, giving employees dedicated time to develop their professional skills and confidence within their roles.
We also recognise the importance of supporting out team through other aspects of their lives as well as their career, we provide flexible working arrangements that help balance family and caring responsibilities alongside menopause training to ensure the inclusion and wellbeing of our employees.
These initiatives form part of EVOLVE Advice's wider commitment to creating a workplace where every employee has the opportunity to succeed and develop.
