Expert guidance on how to ensure your decisions support inclusion

Your speaker

Kate Shields is an Senior Associate in the Education Team at HCR Law, advising educational establishments on a full range of issues relating to safeguarding, parental complaints, exclusions and required removals. Kate also has many years of experience supporting schools through First Tier Tribunal claims by parents/carers of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. We’re joined by a legal expert with experience in school travel to look at how to approach planning, communication with parents/carers and risk management to support inclusive practice.
