Active Visit Management with EVOLVEgo

This session will introduce EVOLVEgo, the mobile companion to EVOLVE that enables staff to access key visit information and manage key aspects of a visit while off site.

It will outline how EVOLVEgo supports safe, wellmanaged visits by allowing staff to communicate with parents and carers, take registers, complete roll calls and access emergency information wherever they are.

The session will also explore how schools can use EVOLVEgo to record and respond to incidents on the go, ensuring clear communication and consistent documentation throughout and after the visit.
