Andy Smith is our director of operations and advice, where he oversees EVOLVE Advice’s team of advisers and trainers.
He has extensive experience and qualifications in snowsports activities, and has led adult and school groups in high hazard alpine environments throughout the world. He also has experience of managing and delivering a range of outdoor and adventurous activities.

Helena Cresswell is an associate adviser, Previously, H spent almost 20 years working in various positions for a Local Authority education department in the realm of outdoor and adventurous education, off-site and residential visits.
H has both organised and delivered a range of outdoor and adventurous activities. Through this first-hand experience, she understands how important and valuable these experiences are to children and young people.
