EVOLVE Advice has signed the Northamptonshire Women’s Charter as part of our commitment to supporting women in our workplace and in our community.

The Charter is Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Danielle Stone’s call to action for organisations to promote safer environments for women

By signing the Charter, we are supporting a culture that does not tolerate harmful language, behaviours, or attitudes towards women and girls. We commit to taking reports and disclosures of harassment, violence, or intimidation seriously and responding to them appropriately. We also demonstrate our support for Northamptonshire's ambition to be a safe place for all women and girls by doing everything possible to provide an environment that is equal, inclusive, and respectful.

We are proud to have joined with other local organisations across the county in signing the Women’s Charter. Some of our team and their families are within Northamptonshire, we believe it’s important that we all raise awareness and support each other in making Northamptonshire a safer place for women and girls.

Supporting the women in our team and ensuring they feel respected and have the development opportunities is important to us. Our commitment was recently recognised when we were named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ 2026, acknowledging our ongoing efforts to create an inclusive and supportive workplace for women.
