EVOLVE Advice recognised as one of UK’s Best Workplaces in Education & Training

EVOLVE Advice is celebrating being named on the UK Best Workplace in Education and Training list 2026.

We’re incredibly proud to be include on this list once again as we work with schools and educational settings helping them to deliver educational visits for children and young people and training is part of our support schools.

In the last academic year, EVOLVE Advice trained over 3500 EVCs and many more Visit Leaders, Heads, School Governors and other staff involved in educational visits.

Feedback from learners is overwhelmingly positive.

In 2025-2026 99.7% of learners would recommend the course to others and 90% rated their trainer at least 9 or 10.

We are committed to supporting the continuous professional development of everyone involved in educational visits.

Alongside our range of training opportunities, we provide CPD experiences to support educational visits. These include immersive teacher trips, live CPD training days and the National Educational Visits Conference. We also provide free resources, including our Tools for Schools, webinars and The EVC Magazine as important sources for CPD.

The National Educational Visits Conference organised by EVOLVE Advice.

Emma Wiid, Director of Learning and Development at EVOLVE Advice says:

“I am delighted that EVOLVE Advice has been recognised as one of UK’s Best Workplaces in Education & Training™ .

“Our work at EVOLVE Advice is about supporting educational establishments across the UK and beyond, to give young people safe, meaningful and memorable educational visits. Ultimately, it is our team of brilliant people who make that possible through their knowledge, passion and willingness to share their expertise not only with educators, but with each other too. The people in our workplace are what makes working at EVOLVE Advice a brilliant place to work.

“Having come from a teaching background myself, this particular recognition feels especially meaningful as learning and development continues to be a huge part of my role, but now for our team, rather than students. Creating a culture where our own people feel supported to grow, develop and be really good at what they do matters enormously to me. The fact that this recognition reflects what our team themselves say about working here makes me particularly proud.

“A huge well done to our team on this award.”

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK says:

"The organisations recognised as the UK’s Best Workplaces in Education & Training™ understand that creating a positive employee experience is fundamental to delivering meaningful outcomes.

“These workplaces empower their people by fostering trust, providing flexibility, and creating a culture where employees feel supported to grow and succeed. This commitment enables their teams to make a lasting impact every day.

“Congratulations to EVOLVE Advice on earning a place among the UK’s Best Workplaces in Education & Training™."
