EVOLVE Advice is proud to announce that we have been named among the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development for the second year in a row.
This award is our fifth from Great Place To Work over the past 12 months and we’re proudly Great Place to Work® certified.
Our inclusion on this list acknowledges our continued commitment to professional development and employee growth.
Recognition based on honest feedback
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List, Great Place to Work® reviewed our culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from our employees. They then used these data insights to benchmark our company's employee value proposition against the culture our employees actual experience. Only the businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
Over the past year, we have invested time and resources into continued professional development for our team, helping them to grow in their careers while developing skills in areas that will also support our schools. This year, three of our advisers completed IOSH Qualification to achieve their TechIOSH status and we’ve funded activity leadership training in archery, snowsports and business development. Through monthly team CPD sessions, we’ve exchanged ideas and strategies on customer service, communication, time management and much more. We provide access to e-learning, webinars and conferences and encourage staff to take advantage of internal and external development opportunities.
Emma Wiid is Director of Learning, Development and Standards, a new role introduced in the last year to focus on learning and team development. She says
