In October OEAP National Guidance added one new document, revised 9 documents and made one minor change.

4.2b Residentials has been updated to clarify that mixed sex groups may share the same overall accommodation space in specific circumstances (e.g. overnight in the school hall, in emergency accommodation, in a mountain hut etc.) with appropriate risk assessment and making suitable arrangements to maintain privacy, dignity and safety. (This has been confirmed to OEAP National Guidance by the Department for Education following updates to KCSiE).
Revised changes have been made to the following documents:

8.1e Model Parental Information and Consent Form - Revised sections about medication information and consent in reference to asthma inhalers, and adrenaline nasal sprays and auto-injectors.
A minor change was made to 4.5e Hiring a Coach to link to the 8.1s Coach Provider Statement.
