Laura McInerney is the Co-Founder of Teacher Tapp, a daily survey of over 10,000 teachers finding out what they think, want, need and hope. She was previously the editor of Schools Week and the Guardian's education columnist for eight years. Before all that she was a Citizenship teacher in east London. She is the co-author of several books, including Leading Academy Trusts with Sir David Carter.
